Access appointment details via the MyAgency app (tenant)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A tenant can use the MyAgency app to access details of viewing/open house & property inspection appointments for their tenancy

To do this, the tenant needs to access their tenant view first - as outlined here:

1. Access appointments option

From tenant view:

  • Click Appointments

2. Past/future appointments

  • Details of viewings and property inspection appointments are displayed

  • Past appointments are shown at the top in grey and future appointments are shown below these under Upcoming Appointment
