Applicant view - access property shortlist, request a viewing or MA & make an offer via MyAgency

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

An applicant can use the MyAgency app to create a shortlist of properties for sale/rent - for more information, see this guide:

The applicant view on the MyAgency app shows properties the applicant has shortlisted and allows them to view property details/pictures, request a viewing and make an offer

Further options are available such as to request a market appraisal or an appointment with financial services

1. Access marketing options

From main toolbar:

  • Click Marketing

  • Click Applicant

2. Filter options

By default all properties the applicant has shortlisted will be displayed

  • Click Filter (top right)

  • For Sale or For Rent filter options are available - click the option to immediately filter the list

3. Property details in shortlist

  • Basic details of the property are shown on the property image

  • The name of the property key contact is shown top right

  • The yellow star indicates the property is in the shortlist, clicking the star will remove it from the list

  • For further details, at the bottom of the property image, click View Listing - see next step

  • Options below each property allow the applicant to download or request a brochure by email, request a viewing appointment, make an offer and request a market appraisal or financial services appointment - see steps 5-9 for more information

4. View listing

The View listing option on the property picture (shown above) provides basic property details with options to:

  • View property pictures
    Click the arrow to the right of the main picture to view all property pictures
    This shows all images stored in the property pictures screen as with the type of Picture

  • Request a viewing
    See section 6

  • Contact negotiator
    The key contact for the property is displayed, options to call, text or email them are available

  • View map
    The property location is shown on an interactive map

  • Similar properties
    Properties similar to the selected property are shown
    View All is a shortcut to skip to the Listing section of the app

  • Enquire (always shown at bottom of screen)
    Provides a form for the applicant to complete

  • Call (always shown at bottom of screen)
    When using a mobile phone (or a device with a calling function), this option calls the Key Contact on the property listing

 

5. Download brochure

From screen shown in step 3, below the property main picture:

  • Click Download Brochure

When a PDF brochure is stored on the Reapit property record (within Details screen as Predefined Details):

  • Click Download brochure as PDF

    • The PDF will be stored in downloads and displayed on screen

OR, to receive brochure by email:

  • Enter email address

  • Click Send Email
    (bottom of screen, not shown)

 

 

6. Request a viewing

From screen shown in step 3, below the property main picture:

  • Click Request a Viewing

  • Click into the date field and select the desired date and time

  • Add any comments/notes

  • Click Book

An email is sent to the property key contact to action

 

This is purely a date & time request for when it would be convenient for the applicant to view the selected property - there is no link to the Reapit diary and this action does not guarantee a viewing appointment

7. Make an offer

From screen shown in step 3, below the property main picture:

  • Click Make an Offer

  • Enter offer amount

  • Click Send

 

8. Request a market appraisal

This option allows a market appraisal appointment to be requested for the applicant’s own property

From screen shown in step 3, below the property main picture:

  • Click Sell before you buy

  • The applicant can request a date and time for a Market Appraisal appointment

9. Request financial services

This option allows a financial services appointment to be requested

  • Click Do you have finance already?

  • The applicant can request a date and time for a Financial Services appointment
