Property key contacts visible on tenancy

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Available from version 12.198

Key contacts on a property record (entered into the Relationships panel) are also shown on the tenancy

Relationships that are being taken from the property record are clearly identified on the tenancy and are non-editable

By providing more information on the tenancy screen, this update reduces the need to switch between screens to find required information

1. Relationships panel on property & tenancy

Relationship options offered on your system are dependent on configuration

From property:

  • The Relationships panel displays all identified relationships relating to the property
e.g. Main Office, Key Contact, Office (additional), Property Admin, Property Manager, Client Accounts Assistant, Occupier(s), Property phone, Additional Contact (plus Block unit, where applicable)

From tenancy:

  • The Relationships panel displays tenancy-specific relationships
e.g. Key Contact, Inventory Clerk, Tenancy Manager, Introducing Agent, Relocation Agent

  • Relationships established on the property record that are relevant to the tenancy are also shown in the Relationships panel on the tenancy - see step 2
