Works order screen additions - serious hazard & review date

Available from version 12.203
Two updates have been made to works orders:
1. Serious hazard priority option
A serious hazard option is available within the default priority options
This option is applicable when using works order priority functionality, as outlined here:

Works orders with a serious hazard priority can be shown in Organiser/report results grids
2. Set review date
A works order Review Date field has been added
When the review date is passed, it is flagged on the works order screen and when setting a works order priority as a serious hazard (see above), a review date must be added
The review date can be reported on via works order reports
When a works order is due to be reviewed or the review date has passed, it can be flagged on the Organiser Property Management panel

2. Review date field A review date can be set on any works order but, as outlined above, a review date must be set on a works order that is classed as a Serious Hazard From a works order:

3. View works orders to be reviewed via the Organiser Property Management panel From Organiser Property Management panel:

4. Report on works order review date & serious hazard priority Works order reports allow reporting to be done on the works order review date and the serious hazard priority From Power Reports:

5. Show review date and/or priority column in works order grid from Organiser/report results When viewing works orders in a grid via the Organiser or after running a report, a Review Date column can be displayed within the grid to allow the date to be viewed and the list to be sorted or filtered by date - a priority column can also be added to the grid to show the Serious Hazard priority
Grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the list by date/type (depending on column content):
