When a deposit is added, released or modified, a journal entry will be created to log this activity

Journal entries are added to the Activity Feed on a tenancy or the Notes panel in the Tenant Refunds screen, for example

As journal entries cannot be deleted or modified, this update provides an automatic audit trail for deposits
