Update to tenancy renewals/extensions & alterations reporting options

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Available from version 12.193

When reporting on tenancy renewals/extensions* and alterations, the labels of two criteria options have been updated so they correspond with the labels on the renewals/extensions and alterations screen where the information for the report is taken from

The label updates can also be seen on the report results grid column headings

*The terminology (i.e. renewal or extension) in use on your system is dependent on configuration as chosen by your business

From main menu:

  • Click Reports then Power Reports and select report type of Tenancy Extensions & Alterations

  • Criteria options with updated labels are highlighted below

  • The criteria options highlighted above look at the Fee payable field in the renewals/extensions and alterations screen (when set to a percentage or fixed fee)
