A tenant can view information on their tenancy via MyAgency on their mobile device - this page outlines how to access the tenant view

1. Access marketing options

From main toolbar:

  • Click Marketing

2. Access tenant view

From the view options at the top:

  • Click Tenant

  • The main photo of the property they are renting is shown, along with summary details

  • View Listing displays details of the property

  • Landlord Info displays the landlord name

The view options available (i.e. owner, applicant, tenant) will depend on the roles the client has in AgencyCloud (i.e. vendor, landlord, applicant, tenant)
