The process to follow to change a landlord’s client account

A landlord’s client account can only be changed when there have been no transactions on the landlord ledger (i.e. when clicking Transactions on the landlord record, the screen should be blank)

Change landlord client account

From landlord:

  • In Financial, click edit (pencil) icon

  • In General Financial Details panel, click link beside Client account and select required account

  • Click Accept to save

Change logged in Activity Feed

  • A log of changes made to the landlord client account is added to the landlord Activity Feed
