Marketing expenses functionality
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
Property marketing expenses functionality is available for both advertising and non-advertising expenses, and includes marketing packs
This feature is compatible with existing advertising functionality and is also integrated with Reapit Client Accounts - where Client Accounts is not in use, marketing expense items are shown in the standard sales invoicing screen

1. Access Marketing Expenses screen From the property screen:

2. Main screen
Marketing budget The Marketing Budget field should be used to enter the budget for this property:

3. Add a new expense or package An expense is an individual charge for one service, whereas a package is a group of charges - adding a package will add multiple items to the list Marketing expenses and packages are usually pre-configured, although the option to add a new expense is also available From the screen shown in step 2:

When using Reapit Client Accounts:
Add package
Each expense involved in the marketing pack is added to the Marketing Expenses screen:

4. Remove a marketing expense Providing the marketing expense invoice has not been raised, expense items can be removed from this screen
