A configuration option is available which, when enabled, prevents a user from being able to specify that a property has no gas supply

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support


When enabled:

  • From the property Attributes, Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab - in the Utilities panel, the No gas tick box is non-editable


  • From the tenancy, Management tab (or Pre-Tenancy tab)
    In the Meter Readings / Management panel, the No gas tick box is non-editable
