Details of all certificates displayed on lettings property screen - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which, when enabled, will show details of all certificate types on a lettings property screen, indicating whether they are valid or not

When not enabled, just details of one specific certificate is shown (often set to gas safety)

From a lettings property:

  • At the bottom of the Attributes panel, Certificates is displayed

  • Hover over Certificates to view details on screen

  • Colour coding indicates the current status of the certificates

    • Green: all certificates are valid

    • Orange: one/more certificates due to expire in the next 30 days

    • Red: one/more certificates have expired

  • Click the Certificates link to access the Attributes screen where certificates can be added/updated
