A configuration option is available which, when enabled, prevents a user from being able to specify that a property has no gas supply

From property attributes:

  • Click Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab - the No gas tick box is non-editable

From the tenancy:

  • Click Management tab (or Pre-Tenancy tab) - in the Meter Readings / Management panel, the No gas tick box is non-editable
