Send emails in bulk to all landlords or tenants

1. Access Advanced Search

From main menu:

• Click search icon (magnifying glass) top left
  

• Click Advanced Search and select

  • Tenancy Search to email tenants
    (see next step)
    or

  • Landlord Search to email landlords (see step 3)

2. Use tenancy search screen to email all tenants

The Tenancy Search screen will be displayed

• To get a list of all tenants, click Search
  (if you wish to filter the list first, use the filter options on the left)

• A Warning message will be displayed, click Yes
  The list of tenancies will be displayed

• The tenancy list can be filtered using the options on the left, grid features can also be used to sort or group the list
  Click column headings to sort or click to the right of the column heading for filter options

• Click Print (top left) to email all tenants with an email added in AgencyCloud

  

• Click E-mail and Proceed

  

• Select E-mail all tenants and click Accept

3. Use landlord search screen to email all landlords

The Landlord Search screen will be displayed

• To get a list of all landlords, click Search (bottom right, not shown below)
  (if you wish to filter the list first, use the filter options on the left)

• A Warning message will be displayed, click Yes
  The list of landlords will be displayed

• The landlord list can be filtered using the options on the left, grid features can also be used to sort or group the list
  Click column headings to sort or click to the right of the column heading for filter options

• Click Print (top right) to email all landlords with an email added in AgencyCloud

  

• Click E-mail and Proceed

  

• Select E-mail all tenants and click Accept
