A configuration option is available which raises Management Fees as a percentage of the rent paid (rather than raising the Management Fee invoice in full at the time the rent invoice is raised, with Management Fees being shown on landlord statements before they are due to be paid)

This means that when a partial/full rent payment is made, then a partial/full Management Fee is invoiced alongside this

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

When using this feature, fixed Management Fees cannot be used

1. Tenant invoice

With this configuration enabled:

  • Management fees are not raised on the tenant invoice

The Management Fee will be raised once the full/partial rent payment has been allocated and will then be handled as usual

2. If attempting to raise an invoice when the Management Fee is set to a fixed amount

A message will be displayed

From tenancy screen:

  • Click Financial & Renewals tab

  • In Management fee, click = sign, select Change to percentage and enter percentage value

Tenant invoice can now be raised

This applies to Management Fees only, not Letting Fees

  • No labels
