Landlord fee functionality allows one-off or recurring landlord fees to be raised on a lettings property
When landlord fee functionality is in use, the lettings property status determines when landlord fees are raised - this update prevents fees being raised when not required
When the landlord fee is set-up, an option to select the property status it will apply to is available - default options will be presented, but can be changed, as required
1. Add/edit landlord fee From property:
|
2. Select which property status the fee should apply to From Landlord Fee screen:
When a property is at any other status than those listed above, one-off or recurring landlord fees will not be raised |
Any landlord fees set prior to the update in version 12.187 will automatically have the default property status options applied - this can be changed by editing the fee and changing the selected Property Status options, as outlined above
