Adjust rent invoice period from/to dates when adjusting invoice date (APAC only)

When set up to store period start and end dates for rent invoices and adjust invoice dates - from AgencyCloud 12.120+, it is possible to adjust rent invoice period from/to dates at the same time as adjusting an invoice date

From the tenancy Transactions screen:

  • Right-click over the transaction and select Adjust invoice date

  • Change the Invoice date, Period from and Period to dates

  • Click Accept

Remember to also amend the transaction narrative to ensure the description is consistent, as outlined below

  • Right-click over the transaction and select Change Transaction Narrative
