Adjust rent invoice period from/to dates when adjusting invoice date (APAC only)

When set up to store period start and end dates for rent invoices and adjust invoice dates, it is possible to adjust rent invoice period from/to dates at the same time as adjusting an invoice date

From the tenancy Transactions screen:

  • Right-click over the transaction and select Adjust invoice date

  • Change the Invoice date, Period from and Period to dates

  • Click Accept

Remember to also amend the transaction narrative to ensure the description is consistent, as outlined below

  • Right-click over the transaction and select Change Transaction Narrative
