New UI round-up: v12.141

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.141 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Viewing tour

When adding a viewing tour in the diary, the Viewing Tour screen now uses the new UI format

From the diary:

  • Double-click the viewing tour appointment

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Viewing safety certificates from Organiser & booking works orders in bulk

When viewing a list of safety certificates the screen now uses the new UI format

From the Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over a safety certificate entry, e.g. Gas safety certificate expiry in x days and select Full results - the screen displayed uses the new UI format

  • If your system is enabled to book works orders in bulk, after selecting entries (by ticking boxes to the left) and clicking Book Gas Safety Inspections (top left) - the screen displayed uses the new UI format

  • The list of certificates also now allows full grid functionality to be used, as outlined here

Tenancy finished reason

When marking a tenancy as finished, the Finished Tenancy screen now uses the new UI format

From the tenancy:

  • Click Status and select Tenancy finished

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

 

 

Enter phone/email search

When a new contact is added, if your system is configured to carry out a phone/email duplicate check, the prompt screen now uses the new UI format

For example, when adding a new applicant:

  • A prompt to enter the new contact’s phone number or email address is displayed

  • This screen uses the new UI format

 

Enter password

When a password needs to be entered while working in AgencyCloud, the screen now uses the new UI format

For example, when choosing to Edit My Details from the main menu:

  • A prompt for your password is displayed

  • This screen uses the new UI format
