Viewing agent contact details in the MyAgency app

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

The Contact section of the MyAgency app shows details of all contacts from your office, with the client’s main contacts shown first - shortcut options allow your clients to call, SMS/text & email each contact

1. Access contacts

From main toolbar:

  • Click Contact

2. Key contacts displayed

  • All contacts for your office are displayed

  • Main contacts are shown first, click View more staff option to see all contacts from the office

  • Shortcut icons allow your clients to:

    • Call - usually from mobile device (or dialling device on PC/laptop where available)

    • SMS/text - from mobile device

    • Email - opens default email client on device

  • The location of your office is displayed

  • Options to Call or Email the office main contact number/email address are also available
