Holding deposit updates relating to initial invoice process & output (12.167)

In AgencyCloud 12.167, two updates have been made relating to holding deposits which affect the initial invoice process & output

1. Raising a holding deposit no longer affects the initial invoice

When raising a holding deposit invoice before the initial invoice has been raised, this no longer affects the process of raising the initial invoice

This ensures that a holding deposit fee can be raised before the tenancy starts, without it stopping the initial fee invoice and deposit invoice from being raised (as experienced prior to AgencyCloud 12.167)

Prior to this release, in order to work around this issue - the tenancy had to be manually marked as initial invoice not raised - this is no longer required

2. Invoiced & receipted holding deposit now deducted from initial invoice

When money is being held as a holding deposit, when the tenant’s initial invoice is raised, the holding deposit will be deducted from this invoice
