Update to label on lettings property

Available from version 12.185

On a lettings property, the field which indicates the name of the person who carried out the market appraisal/valuation* on a property has been updated to ensure consistency and better understanding

*The terminology (i.e. market appraisal/MA or valuation) in use on your system is dependent on configuration as chosen by your business

On lettings property:

  • Click Rent/Fees

  • In the Agency and Rent panel, the field is now titled Valued By
    Previously titled Inspected By

This is consistent with the corresponding field on a sales property financial screen which indicates who carried out the market appraisal/valuation

If your system is configured to display market appraisals/MAs (not valuations), this field will still display as Valued By (to be updated in a future version to Market Appraisal By)
