Document importer functionality is available for Enterprise customers

The bulk document importer has been enhanced to ease understanding when linking a document to a property inspection appointment

From document importer:

  • Upload files to import (on left) and select inspection appointment to link to (bottom right), as usual

  • Beside the inspection appointment, there is no longer a greyed out tick box (indicated by arrow)

  • Click the link icon to left of the required file name to link the file to the appointment, as usual

A green tick icon is displayed beside the inspection appointment to indicate that a file is linked
Linked file(s) can now be uploaded
