Tenancy renewal checks - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows tenancy renewal checks to be used

When set-up, in order to complete renewal negotiations, a pre-configured checklist will need to be completed before the renewal can progress further

Configurable option available via self-service configuration, as outlined here
Enterprise customers can request this option to be enabled/customised, click here to contact Reapit Support

1. Access checklist

From the Renewal Negotiation screen, once Renewal letters have been received, Checks can be actioned

From the References panel:

  • Click the link beside Checks
The options included in this list are configurable, contact Reapit Support to set-up and/or make changes to the options offered

  • Selecting a check requires the date of completion to be entered
Or, when appropriate, tick Not Needed

  • Click Accept

2. Completing each action

  • A check can have more than one action

  • Each action must be completed in order for the check to be classed as complete

  • An action is considered complete if a date is shown beside it
This also updates the text shown on the main screen, e.g. 1 of 2 complete

3. Outstanding checks

  • Hovering over the status link will display the checks still outstanding

4. Checks complete

Once all checks (and References) are complete, the Agreement section will become available, allowing the renewal negotiation process to continue
