Tenancy renewal negotiation checks (legacy style) - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows tenancy renewal checks to be used - when set-up, in order to complete renewal negotiations, a pre-configured checklist will need to be completed before the renewal can progress further

This page outlines the legacy style renewal check functionality

Standard checklist functionality can now be used for renewal checks - standard check (lists offer more functionality for entering check detail, this checklist type can also be set-up via self-service configuration (i.e. no need to contact Reapit Support), as outlined here: https://reapit.atlassian.net/wiki/x/5wCbHw

1. Access checklist

From the Renewal Negotiation screen, once Renewal letters have been received, Checks can be actioned

From the References panel:

  • Click the link beside Checks
    The options included in this list are configurable, contact Reapit Support to set-up and/or make changes to the options offered
