Duplicate contact / company report

As outlined in this article, a report is available which allows you to view duplicate contact records and take action to remove them

This guide outlines how to give a user access to run the duplicate contact records report

1. Access Security Setup

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Security

2. Find user and edit security group

  • Find the user who needs access to run the report

  • Right-click over the user name and select Create negotiator specific permission group

3. Give access to run the report

  • Click the Miscellaneous section

  • Beside Can report on duplicate contacts, tick Allow

  • Click Save
