How to add and amend various applicant related settings in AgencyCloud - most common requests are:
Tailored applicant status positions to reflect your own business terminology
Next call or last call presented on applicant screen
The default number of days to next call
Number of days before applicant recommended to be archived
Before making changes to AgencyCloud configuration, the relevant guidance provided in this section should be read thoroughly - any changes made to configuration that impact the operation of AgencyCloud may incur a charge to rectify

Note the following settings: | |
Advanced status facilities | Ignore - no longer in use |
Use custom applicant positions in place of standard status list | If you wish to use a custom list for the overall Applicant Status setting (as seen in the applicant status screen), tick this box First, you need to access the Setup Sources/Position/Feedback screen to set up your custom list, as outlined here |
Display date of next (rather than last) call on applicant screen | When ticked, the Next Call date is displayed on the applicant screen, rather than the last call date (usually ticked) |
Default number of days before next call prompt Number of weeks before applicant records expire
