How to add and amend property marketing descriptions in AgencyCloud

The settings outlined in this page affect what is available on the property marketing screen - fields populated here are usually used to feed to property portals and brochures

Before making changes to AgencyCloud configuration, the relevant guidance provided in this section should be read thoroughly - any changes made to configuration that impact the operation of AgencyCloud may incur a charge to rectify

1. Access System Configuration

  • Click name/office top left of the main menu

  • Click Configuration

  • Click System Configuration

    The System Configuration screen will be displayed, as shown in step 2

2. Property Descriptions tab

  • Select Property Descriptions on the left

  • Before changing any settings, ensure the Configuration For setting (bottom of screen) is set as required

Additional Descriptive Fields

Create up to 6 property marketing screen Extra Descriptions

  • Caption: enter text as you want it to appear to the user

  • Field Name: enter code in format pUppercase
    See examples above

Additional Flags

Create up to 4 flags which are added to various areas within the property marketing screen as a tick/check box (depending on their use)

  • Caption: enter text as you want it to appear to the user

  • Field Name: enter code in format pUppercase
    See examples above

  • Panel: choose which panel on the marketing screen where the check box should appear
    Options are: Internet, Extra Descriptions, Additional, Sale Board

Use custom property marketing screen

Do not check (relates to RPS version 10 clients only)

'No Internet Advertising' by default

When checked, all new properties are added with the property marketing No Internet Advertising box checked
Means that the user has to physically choose to decide when they are ready to begin internet marketing for each new property

Show 'Restrict Access' option



Review with your Reapit Customer Success Manager (CSM) before using this feature

Allows a user to choose who to share the current property with - when enabled, adds Restrict Access option to marketing screen - see above example, bottom right

Default 'Restrict Access' to owning office

Requires the above option to be enabled

When ticked, this restricts access to the current property to just the owning office

3. Save changes

  • Click Save before exiting the screen
    You may need to log-out and back in for the changes to take effect
