Subscribing to the Reapit Service Desk Portal as a key contact/approver

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the improvements to how key contacts and approvers are handled within the Reapit Service Desk Portal, you need to be set up with an explicit account rather than just a Service Desk account

Once subscribed, your new account will provide you with access to all required features of the Service Desk Portal and will not change how you interact with it

You will receive an email invite for this

The sections below outline what you need to do to get set up

Subscribing to Service Desk Portal as key contact/approver

1. Email invite

When you receive your email invite:

  • Click Go to Reapit Service Desk Portal

2. Sign up

On the sign up screen:

  • Enter your full name

  • Create a new password

  • Click Sign up

 

3. Welcome screen

On the Welcome screen:

  • Click Skip on these sections


    The Service Desk Portal will be displayed

 

Next time you log-in: what to expect

This process is just for your initial login to the Service Desk portal (following the above setup)

1. Enter email address

  • Enter your email address

  • Click Next

 

2. Log in to portal

  • Click Log in with single sign-on

 

3. Log in to your account

  • Sign in using your email address and password created when you signed up
    (as outlined in step 2 of the previous section)

 

Resetting your password

1. Request reset

If you forget your password…

From the log in screen:

  • Click Can't log in?

 

2. Can't log in? screen

  • Enter your email address

  • Click Send recovery link

 

3. Choose new password

  • Enter your new password

  • Click Continue
    You will then be logged into the Service Desk portal
