New UI round-up: v12.135

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.135 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

Joint Agency wizard When choosing Joint Sole as the agency type on a sales property, the screens now use the new UI format After selecting an agent, click Next to move to the Fee Split screen The Fee Split* screen is now more intuitive* A new Seller Only option clearly shows that only the seller will receive a fee - when selected, the Total Fee can be changed but all other fee fields are greyed out Selecting a pre-set fee split ratio alters the Seller's Fee and Non-Seller's Fee accordingly These fields are non-editable Selecting Custom allows the Seller's Fee and Non-Seller's Fee fields to be manually changed
Sub Agency wizard When selecting Sub agents on a sales property, the screen now uses the new UI format All existing functionality is available
Work order detail When adding work order detail, the screen now uses the new UI format All existing functionality is available
Landlord account edit The landlord accounts screen now uses the new UI format All existing functionality is available
