This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the send SMS screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

  • Sending an SMS message can be done in various places throughout the system
    For example, to send out details of a instruction to matched applicants
    Or, clicking the shortcut icon beside a mobile number and choosing Send SMS message
