This page explains how to add a recurring charge to a tenancy
1. Complete the Tenancy Renewals and Alterations screen Open the relevant tenancy screen, Financial & Renewals tab: - In the Renewals / Alterations / Fees section, click icon
The Tenancy Renewals and Alterations screen will be displayed
- Select Recurring Charge
- Enter the From and to date for the period the recurring charge is to be raised for, leaving to blank if the charge is to be raised indefinitely
- Select Charge Type and Account
- Complete the Net Amount and Recur every fields along with the appropriate Narrative for the charge
- Click Accept

2. Review the recurring charge From the tenancy screen: - Click Raise Invoice
This displays the recurring fee that will be raised along with the rent invoice
