Enter fee split as a percentage

1. Fee splits on Offers screen

From the Offers screen:

• Click Buyer & Sales Details tab

• Use the Fee splits panel to indicate where a fee is being divided across other offices
  From version 12.143+, a fee split can be allocated to an external contact or company as well as internally

• To view/add fee split detail, double-click an existing entry or click - see next step

2. Select fee split type

Identify the split type as internal or external contact/company

Internal

• Click Office then select relevant Office and Negotiator below

External contact

• Click Individual then click the select individual link to search for the required contact (or add new)

External company

• Click Company then click the select company link to search for the required company (or add new)

3. Enter split fee detail

Enter the fee OR the required percentage

• Enter a Fee - the Fee Percentage is automatically calculated
  OR

• Enter the Fee Percentage - the Fee amount is automatically calculated

• Click Accept to save
