If a landlord is currently a joint landlord on a property but now needs to be the sole landlord on a new property, how do I set this up?

When someone is a joint landlord but now has a property where they are the main/sole landlord, a new landlord record needs to be created with them as the main landlord - to avoid duplicate records being created - follow the process outlined in this guide to add the new landlord record: Add current joint landlord as sole/main landlord on new property

I’m missing important items in Activity Feed streams because there are too many other items showing - is there a way I can remove some entries?

A filter option is available on Activity Feed streams that allow you to hide particular entries by type - click here for more information:

A match on a 2-bedroom semi-detached house is giving me applicants are looking for 2-bedroom flats - what do I need to change to make matching work better?

How do I add a joint landlord?

From the property record, click the landlord name to access the landlord record - then, in the Joint Landlords panel, click Add - click here for more information: Add joint landlord

Power Reports

This section pulls together some recently requested Power Reports as saved (.rrd) files

To download any of the reports below:

  • click the required .rrd file

  • Click Download and choose a place to store it on your PC/laptop

The Power Reports library (see link above) contains 70+ commonly used Power Reports saved as .rrd files which you can download and import into AgencyCloud - making building Power Reports quicker & easier

Lettings properties with expired or expiring certificates

Expired or expiring certificates can be discovered via the Property Management panel or by running a Power Report - click here for information on how to do this: Reporting on expired/expiring certificates

Lettings properties with specific certificate type

This report returns lettings properties that have details of a specific certificate type uploaded to AgencyCloud - use Type field to select the type of certificate you wish to report on
(also may want to click Pick Property Criteria & add Lettings Status & Office options to narrow down report results)

e.g. select EICR type to return properties that have details of an electrical installation condition report uploaded

Anniversary report

Live & archived properties (for the current office) with an exchanged date in a given range

e.g. to generate a list of people who exchanged in January one year ago, enter dates as from 01/01/yy to 31/01/yy

Managed tenancy report

This report returns tenancies where the tenancy Role is set to Managed tenancy
It also has blank criteria fields added for Manager & Status - allowing the report results to easily be filtered by Property Manager and/or Tenancy Status

Properties with EPC (UK specific)

This report returns current sales/lettings properties with an uploaded EPC graph

Current vendor/landlord with no ID

This report returns current sales/lettings properties to identify vendors/landlords without ID checks uploaded

Can I change a landlord’s client account?

Providing there have been no transactions on the landlord ledger, a landlord’s client account can be changed - click here for more information: Change landlord client account

How can I make sure that any bank details added to AgencyCloud are correct/valid?

A configuration option is available that requires new bank details (or changes to existing details) to be approved before they can be used - click here for more information:

How can I set it up so joint landlords are paid to individual bank accounts?
