This page explains how to raise an adhoc agency fee against a landlord


1. Select the fee to be charged

From landlord:

  • Right-click Payments and select Landlord Admin Fees
    This list is determined by your company requirements

  • If prompted, link the charge to a property:

  • This ensures that the charge shows correctly on the statements

2. Create the landlord invoice

  • Check the Amount and Description

    These can be edited if required

  • Click Create Postings

    Where required, send the invoice
