This page explains how to raise an adhoc agency fee against a landlord

1. Select the fee to be charged

From landlord:

  • Right-click Payments and select Landlord Admin Fees
    The contents of the list is determined by company requirements

  • If prompted, link the charge to a property:

  • Select the relevant property

This ensures that the charge shows correctly on the statements

2. Create the landlord invoice

Generate the landlord invoice:

  • Check the Amount and Description - these can be edited if required

  • Click Create Postings
    Where required, send the invoice
