To assist with sales progression, an offer review date can be set on a sales property with an accepted offer

The offer review date can be reported on and also displayed in offer report results grid

The review date field provides a mechanism to identify when a transaction is next due for review from a sales progression perspective, which is separate to the current property and applicant next call dates

1. Set review date on accepted offer

From property:

  • Click Offers and select relevant offer
    As the Review Date function is to bed used for sales progression, it can only be set when the offer has a Status of Accepted

When the offer status is set to accepted:

  • Enter the required Review Date

2. Report on accepted offer review dates

Accepted offer review dates can be reported on via an offer report

From Power Reports:

  • Select Offer Report type and Sales

  • Click Pick Offer Criteria and select Review Date
    Plus any other options required for the report

  • Select the criteria for the review date
    For example - in preset range - This Week

View offer review date in offer report grids

From a report or organiser grid:

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click Review Date

  • The new column is added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column heading to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • The column will show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort or filter by date

    • To sort the list, click the column heading

    • To filter the list, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon, shown below), enter the dates to filter by and click Update
