This page outlines how to use the sales progress screen

1. Access Sales Progress screen

From the property screen:

  • Click Offers and select the accepted offer

  • From the Options panel, click Sales Progress

2. Sales progress screen overview

The screen is divided into 3 main sections

  • milestones on the left - see step 3

  • mortgage and survey information in the middle - see step 4

  • Activity Feed (for journal entries, tasks and call reminders) on the right - see step 5

Shortcut icons are available beside the vendor, buyer and solicitor contact details at the top of the screen, allowing the number to be dialled (where configured) and/or a text or email message sent

3. Milestones

The left side of the screen allows each milestone to be logged

When applicable:

  • Tick the box beside an activity to log as done

  • Today's date is shown to the left, click to change, as required

4. Add notes, tasks & call reminders

Once added, Sales Progress Notes cannot be deleted, therefore providing a reliable audit trail

From Activity Feed:

  • Click (plus) and select Create journal entry

  • Enter the Sales Progress Note and click Accept
    The note will be shown on screen with user details & date added

Tasks & call reminders can also be created via the Activity Feed panel

5. Add mortgage & survey details

Use the middle panel of the sales progress screen to enter the mortgage & survey details

  • Enter details for the mortgage, survey and additional survey

  • Hover over a company name (e.g. lender) to view the main company contact name/details

    If this isn’t shown, follow instructions in step 5a to add a main company contact

When the mortgage offer has been received:

  • Tick the box beside Offer

  • Options to log the date of this action plus when the mortgage offer expires are available

5a. Select staff contact on company record

To get access to the main company contact name/details from the Sales Progress screen via a tooltip, follow these instructions

After adding the company record (or click on already added company), from the Staff panel:

  • Select the contact you are dealing with (or click (plus) to enter their details, then click to select)

  • Click Accept (tick button, top right)

  • The main company contact will be shown in a tooltip, as shown in step 5
