Available from version 12.170
When sending an NRL6 certificate via email, it is possible to apply an email template to provide body text for the email, rather than it being blank
Prior to version 12.170, the certificate was attached to a blank email with no option to apply a template
A standard template is used to provide body text for the email, although it is possible for a custom template to be set up containing specific text required - this can include merge codes to pull landlord-related information into the email body
A custom template is a configurable option for Enterprise customers
