New user interface - report results

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the report results screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

1. Running a report

The new report results screen is seen in various places across the system when viewing report data

For example:

  • When running applicant or property reports using General Reports
    After choosing your report criteria and clicking Report, the new report results screen format is shown

  • When using any MI Analysis report dashboards including the Sales Daily Report or Lettings Daily Report 
    When clicking a figure in a report grid, the list of properties/applicants shown uses the new report results screen format

  • When running an offer or pipeline report via the MI Analysis > Offers & Pipeline Reports option
    After choosing your report criteria and clicking Report, the new report results screen format is shown

2. New screen format

Properties

  • Usual options to Add another property to the list, use Applicant Preview and the Show on Map functions are available top left

  • Print button, top right, offers the options previously seen when clicking Report
    Allowing you to print report lists, to generate letters/emails for the vendors/landlords in the list or to export the list to Excel

  • Selecting a property in the list shows more detail below

  • All property images can be viewed - hover over the image and use arrow buttons to navigate through the image gallery
    To hide the property picture, resizing the window (to make it smaller) will remove the picture from view

Applicants

  • Usual option to Add another applicant to the list is available top left

  • Print button, top right, offers the options previously seen when clicking Report
    Allowing you to print report lists, to generate letters/emails for the applicants in the list or to export the list to Excel

  • Position column is now shown, allowing you to filter by status (previously done using Filter Options)
    Hover over the column and click the filter icon to enter the search text to filter by

  • Selecting an applicant in the list shows more detail below

  • When requirement notes have been entered, these are shown bottom left and offer a pop-out icon to allow you to view them full screen

Offers & pipeline report

  • Print button, top right, offers the options previously seen when clicking Report
    Allowing you to export the list to Excel or to generate reports to print out

  • Selecting an entry in the list shows more detail below
