Variable commission / tiered fees - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Where configured, it is possible to apply a variable commission rate on a property record, dependent on the selling price of the property

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

1. Switch to variable commission 

From the property record:

  • Click Commission

  • Select Variable Commission

 

2. Set up variable commission tiers

  • Enter the first level commission percentage

  • Enter the up to (excl.) figure

  • Enter the second tier details below, or click Add commission tier to expand

  • Click the X icon to save and close

3. Variable commission on property screen

The variable commission range is displayed on the property screen, hovering over it displays a summary on screen
