It is possible to apply a variable commission rate on a property record, dependent on the selling price of the property - as outlined here: Variable commission / tiered fees - configuration option

From AgencyCloud 12.108+, when applying variable commission to a property, the option to select a different currency is available

When adding variable commission on a property:

  • Right-click over a monetary field

  • The Currency Options screen will be displayed - use the Property base currency field to choose the required currency for this property
