From AgencyCloud 12.137+, a new credit note type of Non Recoverable is available

From the Credit Note screen, after selecting the invoice(s) to credit against, enter credit note details:

  • In Type, select Non Recoverable

This credit note type acts in the same way as selecting the type Write off/bad debt
