New ID check is pre-populated with previous details - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows details from the previous ID check to be used when creating a new check

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

From the ID Check screen:

  • Click Add New and, where applicable, select New ID Check

  • A new ID check entry will be created using the details entered in the previous check (shown above on right of screen), the previous ID check entry will be cancelled

Details are pre-populated only when adding a new ID check, not when adding new landlord registration or Right to Rent checks
