Allow user access to Setup Checks/Agreements screen - configuration option

The Setup Checks/Agreements screen is used by Reapit Service teams to create/edit various check & agreement types used throughout AgencyCloud
An authorised user or user group can be given access to this screen to allow check/agreement configuration maintenance to be carried out without contacting Reapit Support

The following checks & agreements can be added/edited using the Setup Checks/Agreements screen:
Checks: Pre-Tenancy, Post-Tenancy, Pre-Instruction, Offer, Certificate
Agreements: Break Clauses, Allowances, Renewal Options, Responsibilities - all options are found on the Agreement tab of the tenancy screen
