From AgencyCloud 12.147+, a security update has been applied to prevent users from uploading potentially malicious file types to AgencyCloud

The following file types will be blocked:

.EXE .VBS .BAT .MSI .SCR .CPL .COM .MSP .JAR .MSC .CMD .VB .VBE .JS .JSE .WS .WSF .PS1 .PS1XML .PS2 .PS2XML .PSC1 .PSC2 .REG .INF .LNK

Further file types can be added to this list - contact Reapit Support if you wish to add more

When attempting to upload a blocked file type:

This applies to any location in standard AgencyCloud set-up where it is possible to drag & drop an external file or select a file to upload
