Works order grid updates (12.148)

The column previously titled Manager has been changed to Booked by:

Open

• This change is to the title of the column to make it more accurate

• The column has always displayed the name of who booked the works order
  (as set in the Booked By field on a works order)

Extra columns can be added to the works order screen to show names of the following people:

• Key Contact

• Property Manager

• Property Administrator (where configured)
  This column will only be available to add to this grid when AgencyCloud is configured to allow the addition of a Property Administrator to a lettings property

Add new columns

From the works order screen:

• Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click More

• Select from the new options: Key Contact, Prp. Manager Name & Prp. Admin Name (where available)

• Prp. Manager Code & Prp. Admin Code can also be selected in addition/instead
  This shows the 3-digit code for the property manager/administrator

• Click Accept

• The new columns will be added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position

• Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

Use grid functions to sort, group or filter

Grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the works orders

• To sort the list, click the column heading

• Click to the right of the column heading - depending on the column clicked, an option is offered to filter the works orders either by word or name, plus some columns offer the option to Group by…
