Importing properties from Agentbox (APAC only)

This guide explains how to import all new listings into RPS from Agentbox

There are two available options:

Option 1: Import property at point of listing

This option would be used if you are using Agentbox for Advertising only - where the leasing and property management process is managed solely in RPS.

When a listing is created in Agentbox, the property will be available for import into RPS once the status is To-Let available. Any offers or tenancies will need to be manually entered against the property in RPS.

Option 2: Import property at offer accepted

This option would be used if you are using Agentbox for Advertising and Leasing. 

Once an offer has been accepted in Agentbox, the property will be available for import into RPS. When the property is imported, the accepted offer will also be created as an Arranging Tenancy. 

To run the import

From the Reports menu:

• Select Custom Reports then Agentbox Import Properties
  
  Any new listings/contacts/tenancies/buyers/vendors/landlords will be created, and the results of the import will be displayed
