General
Setup tenancy checks menu option rename
The previously titled Setup Tenancy Checks configuration menu option has been renamed to
Setup Checks/Agreements to better describe the function of the screen it launches
Link to Reapit Foundations app via Apps button on property, applicant & sales progress screens
An Apps button is available on the property, applicant and sales progress screens, providing a more streamlined approach by allowing Reapit Foundations apps to be launched from within Reapit
Sales & lettings/rentals content
Display price per square foot/metre (sales properties)
A sales property’s price per square foot/metre is automatically calculated and added to the property attributes - this is useful for agents to see when comparing property for valuation purposes
Update to sending letters as PDF via email
From version 12.167+, the process for sending PDF letters via email has been updated
Store alarm details on a lettings property (carbon monoxide & smoke alarms) - configuration option
Configuration option which allows smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm details to be stored on a lettings property - a tenancy cannot be marked current until alarm details are added, plus alarms which are due to expire or require a service are flagged on the Organiser, allowing individual or bulk works orders to be booked
Shortcut on tenancy to send email to all guarantors
A shortcut option is available on the tenancy screen to allow an email to be sent to all guarantors
New grid columns added to Outstanding Works Orders screen
Two new columns can be added to the Outstanding Works Orders grid to show the date the last works order note was entered and the last works order note text
Separate list for custom certificates - configuration option
From AgencyCloud 12.167+, lists offered when creating a certificate will only contain core or custom entries for a certificate (i.e. not a work order)
Accounts content*
Tenant deposit refunds no longer blocked when landlord payments blocked - configuration option (enabled by default)
From AgencyCloud 12.167+, when landlord payments are blocked, tenant deposit refunds can still be processed and will no longer be blocked
Add Accounts Note journal entry type
From AgencyCloud 12.167+, when adding a manual journal entry on a property, landlord or contact record, a journal entry type of Accounts Note can be added
Extension to journaled bank account details
From AgencyCloud 12.167+, changes to the bank name, branch name, account name and payment reference are automatically added to the journal (and Activity Feed) on a contact, landlord, tenant or company bank details screen
Maximum length of bank account name increased
When entering bank details in AgencyCloud, the maximum length of the bank account name has been increased from 40 characters to 140
Holding deposit updates relating to initial invoice process & output
In AgencyCloud 12.167, two updates have been made relating to holding deposits which affect the initial invoice process & output
