Add solicitors before accepting offer - configuration option

A configuration option is available to ensure that solicitor details for the vendor and/or applicant are entered before an offer status can be changed to accepted

To enable this configuration option for applicant and/or vendor solicitor, click here to contact Reapit Support

1. Change offer status

When this option is enabled and no solicitor information is added

From the offer screen:

Select relevant offer
Click link beside Status and change to Accepted

2. Solicitor details required

As no solicitors have been added on this property record and configuration is set to require both Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor details, this message will be displayed

Click OK
From the panel bottom left, click Select beside the Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor fields to add the solicitor details
Repeat step 1
