Closing balance & rent arrears displayed on landlord/EOFY statements

A configuration option is available which ensures that closing balance and rent arrears information is stored when generating a landlord statement or end of financial year statement

This allows the closing balance of the previous statement to be carried forward to the next and then displayed on the next month's statement as an opening balance
