A configuration option is available which, when enabled, takes into consideration the tenant start & end dates across the system - for example:
when a tenant has been added to a tenancy from 1st April 2022, they will not be shown on the property record as a tenant until that date
when a tenant has vacated a tenancy, once the date has passed, they will not be shown on the property record as a tenant
from a contact record, the contact activity will show vacated tenants (when applicable)
works order templates are able to list active tenants
