Password protected client account reconciliation report - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows the Client/Trust Account Reconciliation Excel report to be generated in read-only format - each worksheet in the workbook is protected and only editable if the password is known

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

From the main menu, click Lettings/Rentals:

  • Select Client Account Reconciliation

  • Select Excel Breakdown and click Accept

    The Excel report will be displayed

  • If attempting to edit any cell on any sheet within the workbook, a prompt will be displayed

To unprotect a worksheet:

  • Click Review tab and select Unprotect Sheet

    This will unprotect the currently selected worksheet only
